Clear expectations before your visit.

Please review our booking, pricing, cancellation, and adjustment policies before your visit. We are committed to an excellent experience for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. No shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. Cancellations within 24 hours (before the day of service) will be charged 50%. Reservations made within a 24-hour period that need to be rescheduled require a 50% deposit, which applies toward your next service. Adagio for Hair is not responsible for stolen, lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items.

Late Guests

If you are running late, please call and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee your service provider will be able to perform the entire scheduled service. Guests who are 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy. Please allow extra time for traffic.

No Guests

To limit exposure and occupancy, no guests or children can accompany you to your appointment.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed on our website or given by our guest services team are starting prices only and are subject to change based on stylist level, the actual services received, and whether additional time and product is needed. Your service provider is happy to provide a cost estimate prior to the start of your service upon request.

Adjustment Policy

It is important to us that every guest leaves happy with their service. We welcome the opportunity to address any concerns and are happy to make adjustments within 14 days of your service. In most cases, adjustments are free of charge and with the original service provider. We do not offer refunds on services.

Merchandise Refunds

Our staff is trained on all product lines and makes personalized take-home recommendations based on your specific needs. Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Gently used items may qualify for a salon credit. Items more than gently used are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Online Booking Policy

Reservations made online require a credit card on file and must be accepted by our front desk team before they are confirmed. We will reach out if we have any questions or if any conflicts exist with your request.
