Built on mentorship, advanced education, and a collaborative team culture, our Associate Program is designed specifically for newly licensed cosmetologists seeking their first salon position in the greater Sacramento area.
This is more than an entry-level hairstylist position. It is a structured, career-launching Associate Stylist Program created to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and long-term professional success behind the chair.
For ambitious new stylists in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, or Sacramento, this program provides hands-on training, real salon experience, advanced technical refinement, and business education not fully covered in beauty school.

Compensation
$16.90 per hour while building the skillset and foundation necessary to transition into our Level 1 Stylist role.
